Boffin Labs is run by Amir Charkhi. Every product starts the same way: something he owns, a part that doesn't exist for it, a measurement, a drawing, a print, a test, a reprint. When it fits, it goes on the store. Nothing here was imported, and nothing here was designed for a product we don't have on the bench.

The printers

Bambu Lab printers, running most days. They hold a tolerance tight enough that a tray measured from a console drops in without force, which is the whole point.

The material

Almost everything is PETG. It is tougher than PLA, it doesn't go soft in a warm room or a parked car, and it prints cleanly. If a product uses something else, the product page says so and says why.

Why made to order

There is no warehouse. Your order starts a print. That is why there is a 3–7 business day lead time, and it is also why we can offer a bin in your exact size and a fit guarantee: if it doesn't fit the model listed, we reprint or refund.
